Welcome to NorthWest Phil-Am Association of Georgia. We are a non-profit corporation since 1996 formed by and for Filipino-American Families, who resides in Northwest, Georgia. NorthWest Phil-Am Association promotes Valentine’s Party, Easter Egg Hunt/Picnic, Bowling Tournament, July4th Cook Out/Elephant Sale, Halloween Costume Party, for Children's and Adults. We also have the 50’s, 60’s Costume Party, the Association Dance Group performed in the Federation Ball (FPAOG). Annual Christmas Party for the family, not forgetting our celebration of NW Phil-Am Anniversary, each year. We celebrated our 12th year anniversary on September 2008. We promotes and organize social events and activities that would enhance social ties within the Filipino-American Community, and preserve the Filipino cultural heritage. We carefully selected program of our activities intended to create social awareness among it’s members on significant community issues and extend service to the community at large whenever the need arises. We encourage active participation in projects that foster civic consciousness by providing members with information on matters of common concern and interest. And last but not the least, we foster and encourage better relations with other socio-cultural organizations within the Northwest Georgia Area. I, Esther Wilson, Founder and the President of NW Phil-Am, humbly thank all my hardworking, faithful, dedicated Officers for their continued support and encouragement through these years.
